Covering a floor area of 500 square meters, the ANIHERB Quality Control Laboratory is professionally partitioned into independent zones for physicochemical testing, precision instrumental analysis and biochemical detection.
Equipped with over 70 professional testing instruments, our laboratory conducts full-spectrum quality inspections covering active ingredient content, solvent residues, pesticide residues, heavy metals, microorganisms and pathogenic bacteria. All testing procedures fully comply with the authoritative quality specifications for fruit and vegetable powders, food additives, plant extracts and health food products.
Our QC team consists of 9 professional technicians, including 5 master’s and above degree holders majoring in medicine and food science, as well as 4 specialists with intermediate or higher professional technical titles. We sustain long-term technical cooperation with internationally accredited third-party testing institutions, continuously adopting cutting-edge testing technologies to iterate and upgrade our quality control system and comprehensive testing capabilities.
